General Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Payments: A deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of reservation. Full balance of payment is required 90 days prior to departure date.

Cancellations and Refunds: Air: Once an itinerary has been created and accepted, there is a $50 per person administrative fee.

All cancellations must be received in writing and are effective at date of receipt. Cancellation charges are as follows: For cancellations more than 90 days before departure: $25 per person. For cancellations 90 - 80 days before departure: 10% of tour price. For cancellations 80 - 60 days before departure: 35% of tour price. For cancellations 59 - 30 days before departure: 50% of tour price. For cancellations received less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the tour price. There is no refund for no-shows and for cancellations after the start of the tour. There is no refund for unused services, or if portions of the tour arrangements are missed. A Travel Protection Plan is strongly recommended.

Prices: Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Prices and offers in this brochure are in effect at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. U.S. tax will be added to your invoice.

Itineraries:Deviations to the planned itineraries are possible, although every effort will be made to keep them as they are presented. In addition, we reserve the right to revise itineraries or hotels due to conditions beyond our control, and any such change will not result in eligibility for refund. We also reserve the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour and may, but are not obligated to, substitute another tour and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to passengers by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement.

Omissions: American Indian Tours, LLC are not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochure, on Internet sites or any other media where such information may be presented, and reserve the right to make corrections as required.

Liability Exclusions: American Indian Tours, LLC are responsible for making the arrangements for the tours offered in our brochure/website. The responsibility of the Tour Operator and/or its representatives and/or its agents is limited. The Tour Operator acts only as an agent for the passenger or tour participants in all matters connected with the tour transportation, hotel & dining services, sightseeing tours and other services. It is specifically agreed that this agreement is entered into in the city of Sequim Wa. And that in the event of any legal or equitable action be initiated, it is specifically agreed that the exclusive venue of such action shall be solely in the city of Port Angles Washington, USA.

We travel in comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles, ranging from 4-wheel drive vehicles, Sport Utility to 15 seated passenger vans. All modes of transport are spacious enough for our tour members to travel in comfort. Please note: ALL VEHICLES AND ACCOMODATIONS ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING ZONES!
